Sunflower Microgreens

What are Sunflower Microgreens?

Sunflower microgreens are young sunflower plants with a satisfying crunch and nutty flavour. One of the most popular microgreens for texture and taste, and we clean the hulls so you do not have to.

How fresh are they?

Grown in our Toronto vertical farm and delivered within 24 hours of harvest. This hyper-local approach means crisp, crunchy greens.

Why choose our sunflower microgreens?

Pesticide-free, grown indoors using hi-tech vertical farming. A source of protein and vitamins B and E. The short time from harvest to your fridge preserves their signature crunch and nutty flavour. Perfect for salads, wraps and sandwiches.
