A: Microgreens are young vegetable and herb seedlings harvested 7–14 days after germination. They're packed with concentrated nutrients, distinctive flavours, and vibrant colours. Common varieties include arugula, radish, pea shoots, sunflower, and basil — all of which we grow right here in the GTA.

Q: Are microgreens more nutritious than regular vegetables?

A: Yes — significantly. Studies show microgreens can contain up to 40 times the nutrient concentration of their fully-grown counterparts, with high levels of vitamins C, E, and K, as well as antioxidants and beta-carotene. Because we harvest and deliver within the same day, you receive them at peak nutrition — before degradation begins.

Q: Are your microgreens pesticide-free?

A: Completely. We grow in a closed indoor environment where pests cannot enter, which means we have no need for pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — ever. Our greens are clean by design, not just by claim.

A: Properly stored in a sealed container in your fridge, our microgreens stay fresh for 7–10 days. Because we harvest on the day of delivery, you're getting the maximum possible shelf life.
