Sugar Snap Peas

What are our Sugar Snap Peas?

Sweet, crisp sugar snap peas, eaten pod and all. Good raw as a snack, in salads, or thrown into a stir fry at the last minute.

How fresh are they?

Delivered within 24 hours of picking. That is why they snap instead of bending, and why they taste sweet rather than starchy.

Why choose ours?

Pesticide-free, grown in our Toronto farm. A source of vitamins C and K, plus fibre. The short time from harvest to your fridge keeps the sugars from turning to starch, which is what makes supermarket peas bland.
