Arugula

What is Fresh Arugula?

Fresh arugula with that signature peppery bite. Perfect for salads, pizza topping, or adding a flavorful kick to sandwiches and wraps.

How fresh is it?

Grown in our Toronto vertical farm and delivered within 24 hours of harvest. This hyper-local approach means you get arugula with maximum peppery flavor and crisp texture - not the wilted, bitter greens you find in stores.

Why choose our arugula?

Pesticide-free, grown indoors using hi-tech vertical farming. A source of vitamins A, C and K, plus calcium. The short time from harvest to your fridge preserves its bold, peppery flavour. Toronto's freshest arugula, guaranteed.
