- You must own the land

- The front/back yard should be fairly sunny without major obstructions such as trees, etc.

- We do need access to water and electricity. We can run separate meters showing how much of each we use, and compensate you accordingly

- You must be prepared to enter into a rental agreement for the land

- While we appreciate that many of you would also be interested in helping us, or using some of the produce for yourselves, we follow strict health and safety guidelines meaning that only Neighbours Feeding Neighbours staff can manage the farm on your property
